1. Who We Are
BizTalk (“we”, “us”) operates digitalmarketingsbd.com, a sourcing platform connecting international buyers with verified Chinese manufacturers. We provide supplier matching, factory verification, deal support, and related services.
2. Our Role
BizTalk acts as a sourcing and verification service provider and marketplace operator. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, we are not the seller of products listed on the platform and are not a party to purchase contracts between buyers and manufacturers.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering or submitting forms. Manufacturers are visible on the platform only after our approval and verification process. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or abuse the platform.
4. Communication Monitoring
To protect both parties, resolve disputes, and enforce our commission agreements, messages exchanged through BizTalk platform tools may be visible to BizTalk administrators. Do not share sensitive personal data through platform chat.
5. Fees
Buyer service packages are charged at published flat rates. Manufacturer commissions (2–3% unless otherwise agreed in writing) apply to deals closed through BizTalk introductions, including deals closed within 12 months of the introduction.
6. Verification Disclaimer
Verification reports reflect our findings at the time of inspection. They reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. BizTalk is not liable for manufacturer performance, product quality, delivery, or payment defaults beyond the value of the service package purchased.
7. Intellectual Property
Manufacturers grant BizTalk a license to display their company and product information for marketing purposes. Buyers and manufacturers retain ownership of their content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizTalk’s total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months.
