Buyer requirements are shared with relevant manufacturers only as needed to obtain quotes. Manufacturer information is displayed publicly on the marketplace as part of the service. Platform messages may be reviewed by administrators as described in our Terms of Service.

Data is stored on our hosting provider’s servers. We use SSL encryption and access controls. We retain inquiry records as long as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations.
